Covemoda Return & Exchange Policy
We are confident that you’ll love our products, but if you’re not satisfied, please contact service@covemoda.com within 30 days of receiving your order. We’ll be happy to assist with your return or exchange.
Return Process
- Contact Us – Send an email to service@covemoda.com indicating the item(s) you want to return and the reason for the return.
- Follow Instructions – We’ll provide return instructions via email.
- Ship Your Return – Ship your package using a trackable method. Covemoda does not provide return labels, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Return Processing – Once we receive your package, we will process your return and issue a refund according to our return conditions.
Return Conditions
- 30-Day Return Period – You have 30 days from the delivery date to decide if the item is right for you.
- Non-Returnable Items – Clearance items, customized items, and used, damaged, or altered items cannot be returned.
- Condition of Returns – Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with packaging intact. Returns that are worn, washed, or damaged will not be accepted.
- Unauthorized Returns – We do not accept returns sent without prior confirmation.
- Return Shipping Fees – Return shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
- Refund Timeline – Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3-5 business days after receiving your package.
Exchange Policy
- Same Steps as Returns – Steps 1-3 are the same as the return process.
- Exchange Request – Let us know which item(s) you’d like to exchange.
- Reshipment – Your exchange item(s) will be shipped within one week after we receive your return package.
